Saturday Buzz: USC Holds First Spring Scrimmage

USC held a 70-play scrimmage today. There wasn’t much scoring as Ronald Jones had two TD runs. Sam Darnold threw an interception, his sixth of the spring, on a tipped pass. Matt Fink also had one. Darnold and Velus Jones had a 40-yard pass play.

Darnold has now thrown more interceptions in six spring practices than he did in about 70 training camp/spring practices before this spring.

    • Looks like it.The sky is falling, Browne gone. Go to the single Wing.Sam would be good blocking.

  1. Looks like Alford is staying put. CBS Sports reports:Indiana names Dayton’s Archie Miller to replace Tom Crean as coach

  2. This Sam Darnold kid must suck.
Remember the good old days with Kessler’s long ball?

    • Yeah – makes you wish we had JD Booty back at the helm. There’s always the Sun Bowl, Scottie!

  3. Its Spring practice and we talking about interceptions. That’s why we practice.
