Utah 8, USC 5

The draft is still not over but Utah has had eight players selected. USC? Just four so far. Maybe that loss to Utah doesn’t look so bad now.

UPDATED: It becomes 8-5 with Tampa Bay taking Stevie Tu’ikolovatu. Or do the Utes get one off that too?

    • Yes, it was the last remenents of the school reduction. Also, sc was young

  1. Make that 4 – McQuay. Who would’ve thunk it? Not Scottie, that’s for sure. He was making fun of the possible selection of Leon on the podcast…. but he wasn’t alone. Good for III!

  2. Rose Bowl Opponent Penn State only had 1 player drafted, and very few prospects who had a chance. They will give the Big Ten big problems next year.

  3. Good comment about Clay. Our guys are being coached up. Think Sour Wolf will pick up that point?

  4. I think that SC should be a little concerned when Utah gets 8 guys drafted and SC just gets 5 drafted. Utah simply isn’t getting the type of talent that SC is. Actually, SC seems to be stealing Utahs best high school talent each year. I would hope that they would sit down and say “how are we going to change our program to better develope this great talent that we have. UCLA had as many players drafted as SC and the bruins are another team that are not getting SC’s talent.

  5. I was never good with math and I still have a hard time counting all the Rose Bowls USC OWNS (Wink), but Sc*tt W*lf saw an opportunity to take a shot at USC without looking over his work (cough).

USC was forced to forfeit 30 scholarship football players. Meaning they most likely allowed some 4-Star/5-Star players to get away from them.
    Durrrr!!!!

  6. Wow..considering Helton had less talent, he sure did a lot with it! The defense next year, but especially in two years, is going to be awesome.
