          • In the JFK and RFK era, those things were seldom reported. We didn’t have a tabloid press. Teddy got away with manslaughter. Bill Clinton and Trump are cut from the same mold, IMO. No class whatsoever.

            For years there were probably many powerful politicians that got away with all sorts of stuff. No tabloid journalism in that era. Primarily a male pool of reporters that looked the other way. No constant cable news. Things can no longer be swept aside. Ask former Speaker of the House. Dennis Hastert who went after Bill Clinton while paying hush money to a former high school wrestler that he coached.

          • They were seldom reported because the press openly rooted for the Kennedys. There was plenty of tabloid journalism in those days. Go watch the movie Advise and Consent since you seem to be clueless about what things were like back then. The liberal press, led by the admitted socialist Walter Cronkite, had no problem reporting on Republican pecadillos.

          • This has nothing to do with the election or Hillary or anything else. There are many cases of politicians from either party having less than stellar histories with women but you apparently refuse to believe it’s universal.

          • It has everything to do with you Democrats still being butt sore about an election last Fall. Why don’t you take your own advice for once and Move On? Even the football team has moved on from the great Rose Bowl victory and is preparing for the 2017 national championship run but you Democrats just can’t let go of your bitterness at losing an election.

            Clinton did get busted and had to pay a state employee $850,000 and lost his law licence for exposing himself and then perjuring himself under oath when he was brought up on civil sexual harassment charges. Yet you actually think two guys talking in private is worse than that?

          • Maybe you’re right. Everything has gone so smoothly since your boy was sworn in that nobody in America has a right to complain about anything.

            Sure, I’ll answer your questions:
            No I don’t but with Trump’s long history of allegations of inappropriate acts with women, on that tape he confirmed they were true. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. It was an admission of guilt.
            I would be furious if any man exposed himself to my daughter.
            I believe both Clinton and Trump have terrible track records when it comes to how they have treated women. On the flip side both W and Obama have been exemplary. It is not a partisan thing. Some men are decent some are not.
            How would you feel if your daughter had been participating in the Miss Teen USA pageant and Donald Trump barged into her dressing room?
            Do you approve of the way Donald Trump has treated women?

          • No, Marv. One wife of nearly 37 years. Our current president has had 3 wives. Infidelity is a politician thing, not a Republican or Democrat thing. You think FDR and Eleanor had a romantic relationship? I think many first couples have “business” arrangements.

          • That’s true, we just found out our state’s former First Lady Maria Shriver was cheating on Arnold with former Bush-Cheney politicial strategist Matthew Dowd long before he did the maid. She sure fooled me with the betrayed spouse routine. But she comes from good Kennedy political stock where appearances are everything.

          • Yes. I am familiar. Eisenhower reportedly had someone as well. We know about JFK. He certainly had better taste than Clinton. George HW had some rumors swirling as well. Further back, Harding was reputed to have some fun as well and he died under mysterious circumstances. Seems to be a bipartisan thing.

          • And wouldn’t you know it’s the alcoholic of the group, George W, who was always the model of fidelity.

          • I think the presidents in my lifetime that didn’t have those rumors were Ford, Carter, Reagan, W and Obama. Can’t remember if LBJ had rumors. I think Vietnam was enough.
