USC Women’s Golf Update

USC was down to Northwestern, 2-0, but the Trojans won two matches to tie it up. The final match then went to extra holes, where Gabby Then’s putt to send the match to another extra hole was just short. Northwestern won, 3-2, to advance to the championship match against Arizona State.

  1. In the words of the greatest spy ever, “missed it by that much”. Fight On ladies, great job!

        • My younger brother works at the PGA West Tukwet Country Club in the Pro Shop. He said the SC women’s team was there earlier this year. He makes me hate golf with his constant bragging and his concededness (is that a word?) But he makes golf unbearable for me.

  2. Sorry to say a choke job by the ladies on the final few holes. Interesting that Northwestern had all five scorers of Asian ( Korean )
descent while the WOT had four out of five of the same ilk. These women players have taken over college golf with their superior play.
Spin it anyway you want. Seems like reverse discrimination to some degree.

    • Reverse discrimination? Hilarious. Golf & other sports are all merit-based. You are what your score is.

By your racial standards, you’d rather have a team of all white players that finish at the bottom every year.

What about the football team? You gonna start crying reverse discrimination there as well? Not enough white starters for you?

      Funny old bird you are.
