Who You Gonna Watch?

A reader points out the Cal-North Carolina game on Sept. 2 will be on the ACC Network. That means it is probably going to be more accessible than the USC-Western Michigan game on the Pac-12 Network. Of course!

    • No kidding, he’s at the games, what does he care who has Pac12 Net?

    • Here’s one for you Sam: : If you had to trade one USC player to UCLA and one to ND. Who would you trade, who would you want in return and why?
That was from Reign of Troy.

      • Wow. Great question. I would trade Josh Imatorbhebhe for Darnay Holmes. No disrespect to the younger Imatorbhebhe but they could use WR’s and Holmes is the only player I think we really need. At least from their roster. I’m not familiar with NC’s roster.

    • Why is it stupid to point out the lack of national exposure for the Pac 12 continues under our overpaid Commissioner? It comes back to bite us when the East Coast tilted committee votes for the 4 playoff teams.

      • If Cal was good they would be on ABC or ESPN. Plain and simple. In my opinion.

      • I have to agree here. USC is supposed to be a contender this year. Why do he heck is any game relegated to the loser channel?
While I know I can watch the game on my computer or listen on tune in radio (shudder) what about the people across the country who want to see it?
This is worse than when the Trojan radio network moved from the 50k watt clear channel station to a low wattage radio station that couldn’t be received at the game.
        What is USC thinking?

      • Marv, you’re right. This not only hurts USC, but also Darnold, whose heisman campaign will be set back by lack of east coast exposure. USC is ranked from 2-5 in most every poll, yet espn doesn’t put us on until Friday night Sept. 29 in the Palouse at 10:30 pm eastern time.
Dan Weber posted a great article on this yesterday, and agree with you that the commissioner should be held accountable. Hard to imagine the college game day crew out for any of our games after Texas.

  1. I don’t get the ACC Network on my cable lineup but do get the PAC 12 Network…so not a problem.

  2. For the computer literate, you can stream all pac12 games using Kodi. You have to find the games, but I did it during a vacation.
