Shareece Wright, who apparently experienced flight delays at O’Hare Airport in Chicago on Sunday, took matters into his own hands and took Uber to Buffalo, which is an 8-hour, 550-mile drive. Wright needed to get to Buffalo Bills practice on Monday.

Wright’s bill was $632.08 and he left a $300 tip. Uber is expected to be available in Buffalo around the end of this month. Free publicity!

  1. something seems off if hes an uber driver and playing in the nfl at the same time probaly more to this story than teh writer is telling us.

  2. SW isn’t saying Wright is an Uber driver, just that he took Uber to Buffalo. And he’s a good tipper!

  3. Apparently Mr. Wright took the Leonard Williams route.

Renting a Caddie for day and driving himself to Buffalo might have cost max $150.00 in expense and saved himself the generous tip.

Oh well, waste it if you got it.

  4. Well that’s the most Cade McNown’s made for a days’ work in 17 years since the Bears cut him … a $300 tip to boot!

    • If it was McNown, the $300 tip was probably because he was able to park close to the door at a McDonalds on the way due to using the Handicapped Spot.

    • I hate to break it to you, but McNown has done quite well financially in life after a poor NFL career.

  5. Determination. I like it. Take matters into your own hands. Still, that’s a long ride with a stranger. Have the Bills take care of that one.
