Where Do USC Players Stand In 2018 NBA Draft?

There are some 2018 NBA mock drafts that show two players — forward Chimezie Metu, guard De’Anthony Melton — are mid-to-late first round draft picks. No sign of Bennie Boatwright. Or Elijah Stewart. Or Jordan McLaughlin. That has to be a disappointment to Boatwright. Melton (above) is so athletic that teams are intrigued by him. Who isn’t going to turn pro for USC after next season?

  1. i guess this is how usc players get paid in college, they get drafted in the future, but get theyre money now, seams like the ncca should be investigating this arangment, rediculuous that they arent. smdh!

    • Ugly should still be on the death penalty for the cheating that Jihhny Cheetin’ wooden did. Btw, where is your proof of any money regarding USC? If u don’t have proof, then shut your pie hole and clip your 10 month grown hang nails on your fingers

    • Garrett– “theyre” should be their; “seams” should be seems
“arangement” should be arrangement; and “rediculous” should be ridiculous.

Are you somehow related to Scott Wolf, the master of blog mistakes?

Anyway, back to the subject– I like how Metu really really
improved over one year. He is a keeper. And Melton is a stud athlete.

As for Boatwright– I would not want him on my team as presently constituted. He thinks he is a 3-point shooter when at his size he should be trying for rebounds.

McLaughlin is undersized, and Stewart is too streaky for the pros, at least at this point.

Still, I truly look forward to this season because this team has the potential to win the National Title.

          • I like them. Kuzma from Utah may surprise. I think Ball will put fans in seats and will be a very good facilitator.

Anigbogu should have stayed in school. Big mistake.

      • If Boatwright, Stewart, and McLaughlin take a page out of ‘Metu’s Book, play better in 2017-2018 then ever before, this team will be feared. All 5, Melton included, would go high in the NBA Draft.

    • Sensuous…I sense sensuous….Jonnie ‘the peckerhead’…show me the way…only you and JFK know the way to Barakska’s back end….why? Gone are the days….Bill sen%ually assaulting’ and no one in the left saying a word….then again Jack our Jack….man did that put% bang ’em huh?

      • Haven’t you posted that exact comment on five different topics already?

    • Man, you are as stupid and delusional as rents. Obviously, you have no life, so you spend your ample spare time on a rivals blog. Admit is Ed, you voted for Hillary, didn’t you

  2. Lets face it, college basketball is ruined for what it used to be and will never recoup from freshmen bailouts.

  3. Someone please educate me on Melton. I mean, he was decent this year. But that guy couldn’t shoot the deep ball to save his life. And it looked like he was free to pull whenever he wanted. SAS? Anyone? Don’t get me wrong – I’m excited he’s a Trojan, I just don’t see the hype.
