USC Morning Buzz: There’s Always Something To Say On Matt Corral

Matt Corral decommtted from USC a week ago. Now he is going to choose a new college before school starts. That’s not a lot of time. Nebraska is one of the schools Corral is considering. It’s not a bad choice with Mike Riley’s quarterback expertise. I’m not sure why Corral thinks he has to go to an SEC school now. No one else big-time enough?

And what of USC? Quarterback J.T. Shrout, who recently committed to Cal, is now being evaluated. I bet Justin Wilcox, fired by Clay Helton, would appreciate USC trying to steal his QB commit. Since everything is related to USC, the Trojans are also looking at QB Jacob Sirmon, who committed to Washington. Sirmon is the nephew of former USC linebackers coach Peter Sirmon.
