If Matt Boermeester’s girlfriend is telling the truth and he did not assault her, it would not be terribly surprising that he was still expelled from USC. The university’s sexual-conduct policies were overhauled/updated a few years ago and since then it’s pretty difficult to reverse any charges.
Remember two years ago, Bryce Dixon was found to have violated the “affirmative consent” policy with a female student and expelled from school. Now Dixon turned out to have plenty of other issues, but the sexual-conduct case illustrated how tough it can be clear your name. Dixon eventually got a judge to force USC to readmit him to school before his criminal issues arose.
One thing about Wolfie is that he criticizes everybody……even the USC administration. I give him credit for that. A lot of those beat writers are afraid to criticize the USC administration. They want to stay on good terms with the school. I know that I’ll get some angry comments about saying that. But if it’s true, then SC really gave this guy the shaft(just like they did with Bryce Dixon). They kicked him out of school when he was just 2 classes from graduation for doing absolutely nothing. The Feminazi’s just got away with murder again.
