  1. I’m guessin’ Owns voted ‘yes’ that or ‘the 66 guns’ aka ‘Ben Factor’

    • All the f uuclans support Obama’s radical feminist campus policies. Luckily they will be reversed with the new administration in DC so in the future males on the USC campus won’t be victims of these witch hunts.

      • We can only hope – USC historically is the most conservative major university w.o. a religious affiliation in the country ‘but’ with the shift to draw instructors in the liberal arts it is moving steadily ‘left’ and it is imperative someone take this case or one like it to court and ‘break’ the femin@%i$ from taking over normal give-and-take in a romantic relationship. Waiting for the first ‘fesitve’ couple getting in a ‘fight’ and see what the left does then.

“Brooks you’re bad!” “No Chaz you are, you made fun of me wahhhhh!” “Stop it both of you! I’m Blair and I love you both!”

      • That’s exactly what this has been. Boermeester was off the team before any process started. I don’t even know if there was any process. Now what is USC saying. They can’t talk to each other. Well screw the people that are in charge of Title IX at USC. This is America. So now he’s hired a D.C. Attorney who specializes in Title IX with a sports practice. I hope he nails anyone at USC who is in charge of this process. I’m a USC fan but this guilty until shown not guilty has got to stop.

        • Sure Little Petey, Todd McNair has really stuck it to the NCAA. When is that trial scheduled to start?

LP your whiny, penny ante ultimatum “I’m a USC fan but this guilty until shown not guilty has got to stop,” is a joke, but utterly non entertaining. Oh well LP, in your case somethings will never change.

Next thing you know Little Petey will demand bozo u Hot Box burritos be made nutritious.

          • W-I-L-E E. C-O-Y-O-T-E. Next spelling lesson in one hour from now. Now go take a nap and when you wake up you can go outside and play on the monkey bars with Alford and Mora.

          • Little Petey proves he can scream & shout, and correctly spell his nom de plume at the same time, but he still SUCC’s on an entertainment level.

            Somethings never change.

          • How can you tell if someone is screaming and shouting on a blog? And I bet you you don’t even try to answer the question. No offense line means no running game. Stay tune for next football 101 lesson.

      • Goop spews keywrap. Still waiting for proof Obama unilaterally imposed “…radical feminist campus policies,” on bozo u.

Remind us goop, has one bozo u female student complained about the Toejams mandated investigations of ALL bozo u female student rape official reports.

Too bad goop, Trump will be impeached or resign in the near future – Avocado on a 5 day bender could do a better job than “Donnie Boy.”

      • OK, let me get this straight, Socal Admin pooched him after he allegedly pooched a coed but UCLA and Obama are responsible for Bonermeester getting expelled?
        Really?
Your posts in the past have alluded to your pedestrian wit but I didn’t think you had completely lost it until this disjointed scribble.

  2. SC is all over this, but totally clueless with what their Med school dead was up to, hmmmmmm.

  3. Sounds complicated at the very least. Too bad Matt’s girlfriend’s voice couldn’t be heard back when it maybe counted.

    • 04T,

How refreshing: a person who actually thinks like the graduate of a top 25 university.

None of us have the facts to do more than speculate. No one in authority has disclosed anything. We don’t know what third-party witnesses saw or what the GF said at the time, or later, or what pressures she may have experienced from the investigators, or from her peers, who want RB Hero #2 to be back on the team.

Apparently, you attended class, and not just to FB games.
How novel…at least on this board

      • Actually we do have some facts. The “victim” has disclosed that this is a witch hunt:

Female student: USC threatened me because I said my boyfriend didn’t beat me up

KAYLA SCHIERBECKER• The College Fix AUGUST 1, 2017

Warned after a tweet, fears ‘further’ retaliation

A former football player was “railroaded” by a “rogue” Title IX office at the University of Southern California, according to a surprising source — his alleged “victim.”

Zoe Katz, the captain of USC’s women’s tennis team, is accusing the university of not only ignoring her protestations that her boyfriend Matt Boermeester didn’t assault her, but threatening her for speaking up.

Boermeester, a redshirt junior kicker, was suspended from USC in February after a neighbor saw the football player allegedly assault Katz a month earlier. That claim was repeated to a coach and then to the university Title IX office, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The following “six-month” Title IX inquiry took the form of “repeated interrogations” plagued by “agendas, intimidation and falsehoods,” Katz wrote in a two-page statement dated Sunday given to The College Fix from her attorney.

She denounced USC for conducting a “horrible and unjust” investigation: “Looking back, Matt never had a chance. Before he was even interviewed by the Title IX investigator, he was suspended from the University.”

USC insisted she was ‘battered’ and afraid

The university didn’t give an explanation last week when the athletics department said Boermeester “won’t return because of a student code of conduct issue.” A spokesperson Sunday said Boermeester is no longer a student.

“I was told that I must be afraid of Matt, which I definitely was not and am not,” Katz wrote in her statement denouncing USC. “When I told the truth about Matt, in repeated interrogations, I was stereotyped and was told I must be a ‘battered’ woman, and that made me feel demeaned and absurdly profiled.”

Instead she fears “further” retaliation from USC’s Title IX office, which she says isolated her by prohibiting her from speaking with Boermeester and even her own friends:

Terrible and untrue things have been said about Matt by people who don’t even know him, including apparently the third party who contacted Title IX, and these bizarre assertions have been treated as fact in this investigation. Words, including mine, have been incompetently or intentionally misrepresented, misquoted and taken out of context, which should not be that surprising since no statements were recorded or verified.

It’s one of the worst abuses of Title IX that Katz’s attorney has seen in his three decades in criminal law.

“I don’t know the purported power of this Title IX agency, but Zoe is very fearful,” Kerry Steigerwalt told The Fix in a phone call Monday.

        • Thanks for telling the other side of the story —or what we know of it. One of the truly unfortunate aspects of this mess is that the University very publicly punishes a player —while sanctimoniously announcing they are bound by “privacy considerations” from giving out any details. Personally, I’ve always liked the idea of public trials —-they tend to prevent miscarriages of justice.

          • You’re a man of considerable range, gt22. Nice to see Lord Acton brought into the conversation. I’m sure he’d be more than a little surprised at much of the goings on today.

          • I’m so old I remember when the Democrats were for due process and free speech on college campuses.

          • Oh, are you referring to people like Robert F. Kennedy? A man I recently heard described as “interfering” with the passage of civil rights laws? I’m sure he’d be surprised to be characterized that way —-since he lived and died fighting for civil rights.

          • Revisionists love to attack the Kennedys but they forget that JFK and RFK had to do a Realpolitik balancing act of being mindful of the oppression of blacks while securing the 1960 Democrat nomination and election with the support of Progressive Southern Democrats like Al Bore Sr and Clinton mentor J. William Fulbright.

          • As a general proposition— to do good things, it’s necessary to get elected first.
Nobody understood that better than the Kennedys. But they drew the line on inciting racial hatred to get where they wanted—- getting elected wasn’t seen as an absolute good, but as a means to a higher end.

          • Do you mind if I borrow that one? I usually say I’m older than Moses but this paints a much clearer picture

  4. New theory floating our there: This whole story started late at night when a male tennis player saw a female tennis player being “assaulted” by a football player.
What was the male tennis player doing stalking the couple. Could it be he served himself by ridding the school of the football player, leaving a clear field to hit on the tennis player?

  5. Wolf this year on all your polls can you add a “Don’t care” box? I bet that would win 80% of your polls.

      • Squatter,
Just like Johnny Cheetin Wooden should have received along with his cheetin minions.

  6. You Ucla trolls need to keep your traps shut.. Ucla is not the beacon of integrity by any means.. I am sure you are aware of your own Title IX issue going on currently with a Ucla coach and a female co-ed.. Keep chirping ..As I write this, the news will be out soon enough.. And oh by the way the athletic program is under investigation as I write this..

And remember I was the one who broke to story on former coach Adrian Klemm days before it went public.. No safe spaces at Ucla..

Fight On and good luck to Matt B. He will need it..

    • The little gutty Trolls here all think and act like they’re God-like in their moral superiority. You gotta laugh. They’re all over here begging to get noticed by the people they need to criticize every day in order to feel good about themselves.

The little gutties here do make me laugh a lot. That much credit, I hereby give them! Yuk, yuk, yuk.

        • Here’s some embarrassing national news for the ruins:

WE NEED MORE ACCOUNTABILITY: Ousted conservative prof files grievance against UCLA.

“Fink alleges that UCLA ‘blatantly and brazenly’ violated rules governing its treatment of faculty members, disregarding his rights in an effort to secure a negative outcome in the ‘excellence review’ that decided his fate.”

He should also complain to the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

          • I read something about this.. The story will blow up even more in the coming days and recruits are having second thoughts on going to Westwood.. The NCAA investigation will lead to a wide range of misconduct at Ucla.. It will be Ugly!

    • My inside secret sources tell me the NCAA is considering renting office space near South Central so they don’t have to keep flying out to investigate.
They want to be able to watch the agent owned golf carts on campus.

      • At least you are warm on whats going on at Ucla.. You might as well find another team to root for..

  7. The people who decided the merits know a lot more about what happened than any of us here do. I don’t know what the standard of proof was, or the actual law violated, but there must have been some incriminating evidence that Boermeester couldn’t counter.

If he physically hit his girlfriend, even just barely struck her, I think it’s an open and shut case. We may not like it, but it’s not like this was some rash decision. And if the girlfriend changed her story and ruined her credibility, then her late support means diddly.

  8. Scotty, it’s time to cut him loose. he’s guilty as sin.

  9. It looks to me like Boermeester got screwed. But it ain’t over until the fat lady sings. It looks like SC is going to get sued and I hope that they lose and have to pay out a ton of money. I love the football team but that administration, from Max Nikias on down to those feminazi’s(who hate men) on those student conduct committees, are a bunch of totalitarians.

  10. “…innocent until proven guilty”?
“In other words, the prosecution must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, each essential element of the crime charged.” That hallowed principle does not apply in Boermeester’s case.

  11. I know this is weird for SoCal football fans to actually see your administration take any action to the detriment of your football program. We know Institutional Control is foreign to your experience and it does take some getting used to. I recommend small doses so you slowly get used to a responsible and ethical approach to business.
I expect Fast Max to hang his Dean of Medicine out to dry to draw attention away from football just like the previous A.D. to your ex-basketball coach in a failed attempt to avert NCAA sanctions.
You guys are fun to watch….

  12. I am laughing at the fact that you Democrats oppose Trump limiting immigration to people wthl skills instead of the Teddy Kennedy policy of letting in losers, freeloaders and criminals for the last 50 years. Are you libs for real?

      • Why did Obama have lie about real issues like,“If you like your healthcare plan, you will be able to keep your healthcare plan.”

“If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor.’

“We’re going to lower your premiums by up to $2500 per family per year.”

“No family making less than $250,000 a year will see their taxes increase.”

“I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits, now or in the future.”

“I will sign a universal healthcare bill into law…that covers every American.”

Stop getting your news from Fake News CNN and MSNBC and wise up.
