By George, Wolfman, you’ve done it again!
Based upon what I gather from your keen analysis today Scott, it sounds like the story isn’t Bonermeister, the real story is about yet another example of poor management by SoCal Administrators.
Is this yet another black mark for Fast Max?

        • Yep. They had a quick run of Bosco kids with Rosen and Wadood. But USC is USC again.

          • Daniels reeeaaly helps too..these guys like each other, they realize staying home means they can win a national championship and show the SEC and ACC what PC taught them. We’ve got the talent out here.

          • By that you mean without Institutional control but high rankings again?
            Am I right?

          • J, you ruined Rosen’s career this kid has a chance to do something……….at USC.

          • Will Rosen even make it to that game? They’re in trouble again this year if he goes down.

          • Ucla is still under investigation for recruiting violations.. Gotta go to class to pass.. About 5 football players incl Rosen are not going to class and passing!

          • Seriously? A recent UCLA-grad coed did some office work for us while in college. It seemed as though she had a VERY easy time in college. Choice of major may be key in that regard. 🙂

Rosen is no dummy, so I might believe that he pulled it off. But who are those other four?

          • Not sure and wont share if I knew. I have also heard Ucla was aware of other complaints by other former coed staffers who are not with the athletic program.

Is this a huge issue at Ucla?

          • God I love the euphoria in Trojanland.
Forget about the Dean of Medicine, forget about OJ, forget about St. Pat, it’s kickoff time!
            #DenialU

          • Good luck fighting the NCAA and getting out of the death penalty. .. Ucla is done!

          • As we get closer to the season openers, you’re gonna see the hapless bru-babes get more and more shrill —-like the guy trying to bluff his way out of a bar fight he knows he’s gonna lose.

          • Yes….the signs are all there. I’m sure you’ve noticed the increasing number of low points in their replies. (My favorite sustained low is the repetition of goofy, losing political rhetoric from the last election).

  2. Good interview Scott and yeah this case isn’t going to be shuffled into the pile of all the other Title IX harassment claims – it has indeed gone national and part of the reason I think is:

    1. Recently Ed. Secretary DeVos made strong comments about the injustice being meted out by radical f3minists across the country

    2. Recent revelation of the former medical school dean Dr. Puliafito – covered up since last April and suddenly an expose in the (@ &im3s looks truly crummy

    3. Boermeester kicked that winning field goal against PA St.

Any word on what Haden thinks? Just sayin…ya’ know…the Mayr Foundation …. no blow back for Haden…he still gets to work while that dean well…..

    • Yeah, Scott made several smart observations, Alv —-the most interesting of which was his suggestion that Matt’s lawyer may not even care about getting a writ of mandamus which puts Matt back in school or on the team…..he might, instead, be planning a much bigger lawsuit. Things may not stay quiet on this case for much longer.

      • What do all of these ‘issues’ have at their core? Max Nikias.

The most foolish thing Nikias did was speak his outrage after the (imes story about Puliafito. He should have kept his mouth shut – instead he ranted about the former dean’s antics. Wait for a tell all from the former dean.

I truly don’t see Nikias lasting regardless of his clout. You’re right about Matt’s attorney declining to demand re-admittance for Boermeester -got bigger fish to fry.

        • Yes, on all counts, Alv——and I NEVER thought I’d be saying these words….BUT…all credit for the observation about Matt’s lawyer having bigger plans than getting Matt back in school belongs to Scott. He smells something coming.

          • This is the literal swamp the left has sunk our nation into – bobbie redford land where everybody gets a free cafe mocha in Park City and cheers the next Tom Hanks/Speilberg drek bomb about Watergate’ Ever notice the dems are never ever mocked? Carter, klintonska and you all be raciska if you say anything about Barakska.

This has the potential to hit the left where they assumed they were invulnerable – the universities. Consider the massive drop in enrollment at the Univ. of MO. Why? you ask – because the race baiters and lesbonians control the place. People are waking up.

Acosta today fell into a trap of his own making at that press conference deriding Trump’s new immigration policies.

Sorry for the screed but I am seeing something I thought not possible….the left is scared.

          • How about damages… he was unable to rehab his leg when he was banned from practice, NFL monies lost, both this year (he was eligible) and future due to lost wages because of damaged reputation?

        • Perfect timing, Fast Max OUT and your hero, OJ in as chancellor!
          Pure Genius
That would trump Trump and Game of Thrones in one fell swoop and restore The Juice in his rightful place on the throne of Troy.
          All honor to his name!

    • It’s no surprise that you don’t like women and it’s no surprise they don’t like you.

  3. It’s political correctness. The feminazi’s rule on todays college campus. To these men haters, males(especially white males) have less integrity than an earth worm.

      • I don’t think that they know what they are. This is gender confusion. I have nothing against these people but I don’t think that their idiotic doctrines should be taught in our schools so that the rest of our kids become confused too.

        • They do – they are committed to ramming their perversion into every aspect of other’s lives whether you like it or not. That bakery forced to close in OR because a pair of pervs wanted a wedding cake. They intentionally go where they know they aren’t wanted and demand obeisance and their target is always the kids always the kids.

          • Crazy, isn’t it? They’re burning down buildings, looting stores, throwing rock, bottles and molotov cocktails at police in Baltimore, Berkeley, Ferguson and other places and nobody even gets arrested and if they arrest anyone they just slap his hand and let them go. But if you refuse to sell a cake with a politcal message that violates your conscience, they fine you $150,000. The bakery said that they would sell the cake. They just wouldn’t put a message on it. Same thing happened with the florist in the state of Washington and many other similar cases. I wonder what would happen if a KKK member wanted to hold his “white people are superior” conference in an auditorium owned by a black man and the black man said no. I often wonder….who is making up all these rules?

        • ….unless you’re a Dem looking for ways to grow your constituency…..then it becomes imperative to “teach idiotic doctrines” in school…..

    • And now they have a whole department at USC and big budget to inflict their hatred of men on the campus.

      • You definitely have that right. It blows my mind that americans put up with this kind of stuff and let these educational dictators bully the whole society with their utter nonsense.

        • Yes, yes! The middle easterners have their stuff together! make their women wear head covers and don’t let them drive or vote! That’s the ticket!
          Pure genius!

          • Watch it dude. You’re starting to sound like an islamo-phobic and that’s crossing the line in politically correct Orwellian America. One of these days Big Brothers ‘brown shirts’ might knock on your door at midnight to take you to the Department of Truth where they will re-educate you on what you can say and what you can’t say. It’s called free speech. You’re free to speak as long as you are speaking what they want to speak.

          • You mean the Democrat Party’s allies the Muslims? You shouldn’t mock your teammates in destroying America, ruin.

        • You almost have to admire j metaphor, jim —-looks like he’s taking on all comers tonight. “Inside USC”‘s own little Cyrano……

  4. Dan Weber’s analysis on the Peristyle Podcast is vastly superior. What a screwed up case. USC will simply have to pay to get this Title IX crap out of the college setting and to have sexual assault’s handled in the courts, like they always have been. Let the experts handle this stuff.

    • Smart move would be for USC to get out in front by moving to side with the imbalanced left-feminazi tilt which is forcing them to respond as they did and welcome a 3rd party non-Title IX judicial entity to rule first on the seizure of power by the Title IX and NCAA.

I don’t believe USC officials have the stones to do it esp. if Haden is anywhere around injecting his patrician condescension.

      • Haden is too busy boycotting Indiana and stuffing his pockets with charity money.

  5. the punk put his hands on a woman. open and shut case. Scotty you sounded sympathetic to this piece of garbage. i know it’s USC policy to shield woman batterers, thank GOD for Title IX, old Tricky Dik knew what the hell he was doing!!

    #IAmNotACrook!

  6. Title 9’s modus operandi: the young man (the accused are young men, of course) is guilty until he is proven innocent… and he’s never, ever proven innocent.
