Andy Enfield Speaks

USC held a press conference today after its first practice. Andy Enfield said this week was “difficult” and “challenging” and “emotional.” He said he could not comment directly on the Tony Bland situation. He also did not mention if he hired a lawyer.

“It’s tough,” Jordan McLaughlin said. “But we still can have the type of year we want to have.”

Chimezie Metu on Tony Bland: “He’s a great guy to us. He’s still a great guy.”

Enfield: “As of now we have everyone and expect them to be eligible.”

  1. All will be, neither player is on this roster. So they should be eligible. The team will likely not deem any penalties, “this year”.

  2. wow! looks like SC dodged a huge bullet!!! the FBI drags off the Associate Head Coach in chains, and no players are affected??

it’s like nothing ever happened!!! (heh-heh-heh)
