  1. Might as well be 100,000,000 to 1, the NC went out the window in Pullman and got run over in South Bend

          • Cortez needs to spend the rest of his life being transferred from one merchant ship to another —-never being allowed to hear the name of the University of Southern California again.

          • Is it wrong of me to smile at the image of a foot peeking out of the rim of the wood chipper…..?

          • “Some sentiments are so beautiful they are worth repeating.”
            -d’Artagnan in “The Three Musketeers”

          • Let’s go further, Gabby —“It is that act which one would be proud to claim as one’s own without reservation for all eternity.”
-Johann Fichte “The Moral Vocation of Man”

          • Ha! You just know how much I’m driving my kids crazy with these quotes!

          • Okay —but tell me when you’re getting ready to vomit [uh oh —-that invitation might being Cortez back on line….]

          • Braindead Killer is truly the disabled ship at sea that never finds a port or a tug and remains adrift forever, blabbering incessantly the exact same immature diatribe about CH over, and over, and over.

          • Hah, I just went ahead and made him the rusty bucket, hook line and sinker. He’s utterly worthless.

        • Poor ND. USC took it all out of them and ND has been a shell of themselves ever since, getting slaughtered on the road twice by MIA and STAN. Turnarounds fair play. ND no longer relevant, yet again.

College teams have it rough on the road, all of them. As bad as USC was in South Bend, we’d beat the exposed Irish in L.A. now.

Don’t be such a simpleton Killer. Even you should know 49-14 not only ended up killing ND, but it reset USC. Undoubtedly above your head.

          • This is the same guy who puts himself over and above a college all-American and hot, and all-pro and nfl hall of famer as does his troll buddy tebow. They’ve expanded their disdain for all things Trojan to include all sports and educational institutions on campus. Yet many think they’re actually alumni. What a joke.

          • WOW!………You just owned the simpleton. 3-2-1 he’s out for the count. He’ll be back for more, killer enjoys the beatings

          • Let me get this straight, you are saying sc would beat the Irish now? Drinking or smoking??

          • The Pop Warner teams are looking for a brilliant mind, get the resume ready……(I feel sorry for the kids)

          • It’ll work out okay in the end, Gabby. I read that more and more of these kids are turning on their coaches after back to back losing seasons.

          • WOW!……Even the kids are demanding accountability. What happened to the days when you just played for the fun of it

          • Ha! I never turned on any of my coaches (sometimes I made fun of them behind their backs —but I always felt bad afterwards).

          • My daughter played Club Soccer for over 10 years, and I couldn’t tell you many many thousands of dollars we payed in club fees. The memories were well worth.

          • Good show, Gabby! My daughter didn’t play for that long —but she, too, loved every moment. [I bought her a dress on the drive home after her team lost the championship game].

    • There is opening at ASU, get the resume ready. We’ll miss your repetitive thoughts and opinions.(sad look)

  2. Tee Martin now has a true legit shot at the TENN job now that Greg Schiano has been ditched per Bruce Feldman on Colin Cowherd.

Also, door is now open for Kevin Sumlin to ASU. Maybe Schiano to the Sun Devils now?

    • Yep. Nobody’s burning couches in the streets with the Tee hire, and most boosters would accept him. I think it would be a mistake and bad for Tee — he is not ready for prime time and needs more seasoning as a coordinator before jumping into a head role. Tee’s sometimes awkward explanations for things going wrong (like, “they did some things we were not expecting”) will not go over well in Knoxville. Bigger issue is that sliding Ty in as OC would be a disaster for SC both for competitiveness and recruiting. I hope Helton is smarter than that and his head overrules his heart.

      • Tee has the same problem Orgeron, Jack B, brent and all the rest of the rah rah’s have, limited brain function

      • Totally true. I don’t ever see Tee as a big-time college HC really and if Helton were to move up Tyson, then I would basically write off 2018 for USC football.

  3. Clay Helton on Colin Cowherd’s Tuesday show.

Helton’s got a fully loaded plate now, with STAN, possible Tee Martin to TENN and Show Cause Chip/ucla rejuvenation issues all ready to hit full boil.

Hopefully, Cowherd will be hard on him and not let him slip by with too much coach speak, because that’s all we ever get from CH – and is one of the things I dislike about him. I doubt Cowherd will go out of his way to pin him down about any coaching moves and the real pressure CH has felt the last few days – because you know it’s monumental, also because ASU is obviously very serious about a major expectation upgrade.

The ride to the South title is gonna be a lot more interesting, that’s for sure.

  4. For those saying SC needs to practice harder, more like Stanfurd, I give you their esteemed coach the dean of the pac12d David Shaw,
“We’ve backed off a lot the last four weeks anyway “.
This was his answer to a question about being on a short week..

      • Truth is almost all teams do this, college and pro. The pros have it written into the cba that they only practice with pads on a decreasing basis the last half of the season.
Bowl practices are a different matter.

      • Pudly is always at a disadvantage…he never knows what the hell he’s talking about.

        LOL!

    • If Clay Helton had the Trojans “back off” from how he always runs his practices that consist of no hitting/tackling…the Trojans players would look like they were in the offseason, probably lifting weights and playing pick up basketball games who knows where.

AHA HA HA HA HA HA!

      • Heard bama still looking for those timeouts from the game Saturday, seems little nicky saban lost a couple and didn’t have him when he needed them. Hahahahaha
See that’s what hitting the moonshine too early in the morning will do to you cuz

        • If you had a clue as to what you try and talk about you would know that I am no fan of Alabama, but I do give credit to them as being an elite cfb program. And what they did to your boy Helton, 52-6…that was quite embarrassing and it’s obvious you’re still hurting from it.

          • Ancient history, hillbilly troll, when’s the last time bammer won an important game with little nicky? The championship game? NO. the sec divisional championship vs Auburn? Noooo. Hahahahaha
Go home fire up the still, there’s a lot of crying going on down your way. Hahahaha

          • Hey hillbilly! Did you ever wonder why little nicky had to hire an extra coach just before the game??? Because the insecure little guy wasn’t confident enough to play us with just one ex head coach on staff. Oooo poor baby, they’re still crying down in the backwater aren’t they? Hahahahahahaha

          • Go back to wherever you came from. Your repeated nonsense is lame. Quit acting like a attention-needy troll

  5. Alabama should be off the board. Didn’t win the conference, didn’t win the division, shouldn’t be in the play offs. Half of the other top 9 will be off the board by Sunday.

  6. USC will never have to worry about losing a national championship game as long as Clay Helton is the Trojans head coach because he’ll never take them to a national championship playoff or title game.

Sunshine Pumpers are worried enough about how Clay Helton and the Trojans are going to be able to compete and hold their own against Stanford.

AHA HA HA HA HA HA!

    • “Sunshine Pumpers are worried”

Your nose is growing!…..Have killer sit on and tell more lies

  7. If the Sunshine Pumpers had their way Lane Kiffin would still be coaching the Trojans.

AHA HA HA HA HA HA!

  8. My two-bits on what the upcoming Saturday’s carnage looks like in the CFP rankings:
Oklahoma loses to TCU (not playing in Norman but in Dallas and is out of the CFP at #5)
Alabama lucks out not having to play anybody and moves into CFP as #3)
Auburn beats Georgia (can the Eagles maintain intensity after Bama and goes in #1 in the CFP….with 2 losses)
Clemson beats Miami FL and heads to CFP at #2
Georgia again loses to Auburn and they fall to #10 in CFP
Miami loses to Clemson and they fall out of CFP top 10
Ohio State beats Wisconsin (if Barrett is OK to play & goes to CFP as #4)
Wisconsin loses to Ohio State (not playing in Madison) and falls to #9 in CFP
Penn State also lucks out not playing anybody and moves up to #7 in CFP
TCU beats Sooners (and stays ahead of USC & Penn State but behind Oklahoma at #6 in CFP and every media guy in Fort Worth whines about why they don’t get in even with a Big 12 playoff win and who cares about the 2 losses)
USC beats Stanford (if Porter Gustin plays but finishes #8 in CFP as everybody points at ND/USC debacle)
Summary – Big 12 and PAC-12 pissed at no reps in CFP and rumblings start regarding bias for SEC and Big 10 teams
    ….just a thought
