We hear the De’Anthony Melton camp is blaming USC athletic director Lynn Swann for Melton still being held out of basketball games.

    Well DUH

  • Paul Muad’dib

If Lynn Swann did let him play, then Scott Wolf would be writing an article about how this is the wrong thing to do considering the circumstances.

      Now you’re gettin’ it…..

    KUSC 91.1 update:

91.1 continues to be off the air because the power and telephone poles leading Sulphur Mountain are heavily damaged during the recent wild fires. We’ll see what we can do to restore the 91.1 signal on Wednesday.

    • JustOwns

Same with Roy ” I won’t concede ’cause the election is in God’s hands” Moore. “That’s not true” according to Alabama Sec. of State, who stated further, “that there’s no chance Mr. Jones won’t be the Alabama Senator.” Just think 22, Roy Boy can now hunt adolescent females incognito.

The greatest Moron is now 0 – 3 in fat mouth electioneering for his loser candidates. Doo dah, doo dah.

      • gotroy22

Huh? That non sequitur had nothing to do with KUSC.

But speaking of morons, Owns, your race baiting sanctimonious Defender Of Women PBS hero Tavis Smiley can no longer lecture anyone! Buh-bye Tavie! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • 88 Straight

Which one of those creeps is in the Oval Office? Which one ran for the Senate in Alabama?

Lucky for you, Amarosa has been escorted out of the White House. Maybe you can get the inside scoop.

          • gotroy22

Your hero BJ Clinton was in the Oral Office for 8 years of using interns as his own living humidor, Kissy 86er. BJ Clinton the predator was the hubby of a US Senator and Secretary of State and you didn’t make a peep of protest about it, hypocrite that you are. And you voted last year for us to have 8 more years of the “co-presidency” of the First Rapist and his Enabler In Chief.

Please tell us how many women Tavie the Defender of Women molested, Kissy 86er. We just gots to know!

          • 88 Straight

You’re obsessed with the Clintons. Very sad. They are about as relevant as George HW Bush. Nothing but deflection. Tavis Smiley, not in office. Nor Charlie Rose. Try some ritalin. You’re losing focus.

          • gotroy22

You’re a liar who won’t admit that you supported the First Rapist and his Enabler wife for the last 45 years. Very sad. Perhaps you were too busy playing golf with your fellow lib pervs Tavie, Garrison and Charlie and missed today’s WaPo article calling on you Dumbocrat hypocrites to demand the resignation of the disgraced Pedophile of the Senate Bob Menendez.

          • JustOwns

Hey 22, call Wes Goodman, he wants you to light his stokie. Finally, someone has found a use for you.

          • gotroy22

Hey Owns, BJ Clinton needs to use you as his humidor. Don your intern knee pads and your Navy Blue Dress and get over to the BJ Clinton Presidential Library and Massage Parlor, stat!

          • steveg

Menendez will be the next one to fall on the sword for the “party”. After all these martyrs go down then the dems can say how self righteous they are for cleaning their own house. This is all a game.

          • ANDYISWINNNNNING!!!!

I want to know when Gillibrand is going to demand that BJ’s Clinton pension and presidential perks be taken away!!!

Now that she’s turned her back on the Clinton’s, this should be her next step!

          • 88 Straight

Keep working the Clinton angle. You just make stuff up as you go along. It doesn’t matter what I say, you will spew your stupidity.

They should all resign, including Trump. Menendez. Barton from Texas. The other fat guy from Texas. Drain the swamp, including the liar in chief.

          • gotroy22

You keep denying you love BJ and Hitlery Clinton, kissy86er. Tough luck on the latest of your lib Hollyweirdo pals, Super Sizer filmmaker Morgan Spurlock ,to admit he is a pervert today. I guess he won’t be doing any more phone banks for the Hillary 2020 campaign anytime soon. But that means he will be available to play golf with you and your other Defender of Women Pervert All Stars.

          • Pasadena Trojan

88, would you say that about Obuma? He lied to us for eight years. Ex: Obuma Care, he said it was going to be transparent and would not cost us anything. How about the guns being sent down to Mexico to the drug cartel? How about how he started the race wars in Ferguson, Baltimore, Dallas?

          • 88 Straight

I agree on point #1. At a bare minimum he was mistaken.

The entire gun thing with Mexico was a debacle. Started under previous administration and should have been stopped by Holder. Bad idea and government covering things up is nothing new, on both sides of the aisle. Absolutely a mess.

I don’t agree on your 3rd point. The racial issues go all the way back to the birth of our nation. One may take the position that he could have handled the situation better or differently, but to say he started those problems is not accurate, IMO.

PT, I respect you even as I probably don’t agree with you as ypu present your thoughts in a rational, adult manner. GoTroy does not pass that test.

          • gotroy22

You pass the test as a lying scumbag lib who won’t fess up to his support for pedophiles and rapists in the Dumbocrat Party going back to the Kennedy perverts. Maybe you can listen to some Bowie today, he loved to hang out with your hero BJ Clinton and they shared a mutual love of 13 year olds.

  • ItsAllAboutTheBall

The fact that he has a “Camp” is troubling

    • EncinitasBruin

Yeah, the Ball brothers had a ‘camp’ also.

      • gotroy22

        The Latvian Camp?

        • Pudly76

          That phunni

        • EncinitasBruin

Or Lithuanian. I can’t keep up.

  • steveg

We hear that if he wasn’t absolved of any wrong doing Swann is a genius to keep him out. How long has it been since USC had a top 10 BB team, Swann does not want to jeopardize the season.

    • LamontRaymond

      Top 10? Lulz….

      • steveg

        Well, at the time.

    • rusoviet

I like that take as opposed to ‘…Swann’s a coward blah blah blah…’ I don’t see Swann rolling over for the ncaa the way Haden did repeatedly.

  • Sarknado

Once again the NCAA is jerking SC around. They could easily rule on Melton’s eligibility. Remember when the story came out about Cam Newton’s father taking 100k? It took the NCAA a whole week to rule no harm no foul, conveniently right before the championship bowl game. But Swann could be a little more vocal and push back a little. For that, he does have some fault.

    • JustOwns

      bozo u BB fake news.

The NCAA has been ordered specifically by FBI to butt out regarding the ongoing Fed investigation and to delay any possible NCAA Univ. discipline re: Univ. BB program indicted employees, until after the Fed. probe is concluded.

      • gotroy22

You love your Clinton News Network Fake News, Owns.

        • JustOwns

Oddly enough 22, Hillary doesn’t favor SUCC.

          • gotroy22

She favors anyone who will pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars to give a 5 minute speech

      • Pasadena Trojan

When will the FBI get after the greatest cheating team of all time, the U Convicts of L.A. basketball team?

    • Pasadena Trojan

It took the ncaa less than 24 hours to rule that Newton did not violate any rules. But that was just before the championship game and how dare the ncaa hold back an sEc team from the championship. The ncaa knows who to take orders from, which is the sEc.

  • steveg

Bryan Ellis is the QB coach for the bowl. Good or bad?

    • Michael Guarino

Let’s just say it’s not great. And leave it at that.

      • Jack B

Why not good? What’s wrong with him?

        • Pudly76

Deland McCullough should help scheme, he’s coached against urban the last few years

          • Jack B

            Hope so. McCullough’s great.

        • Michael Guarino

That’s just it, Jack. I’ve tried to find out everything I can about him and I can’t tell you what’s right about him.

          • Jack B

You’re being too hard on him but it’s not like anyone is gonna change Darnold one iota in two weeks. Darnold’s gonna do his own thing as always. I’m a lot more worried about our entire OL than Ellis, who’s just an admin asst trying to help out.

          • Michael Guarino

You’re right about the o-line & I’m sure Ellis will do an okay job under the circumstances, Jack. I’ve just always wondered why Jeff Brohm didn’t take Ellis with him when he left for Purdue.

          • Jack B

            Who knows? He’s a non-factor.

SC will be ready to play this game. But our weaknesses are surely exploitable by a team like OHIO ST, which is why they are a solid 7 point fave.

I somehow don’t see us running all over the Buckeyes. Darnold’s gonna have to hit on some of those long shots he’s been missing on all year. If he comes through and beats the Bucks, it’ll just be another piece of the Legend of Sam Darnold. Since I see him as headed to the NFL, I expect him to go out with a big bang. Seems only fitting based on his miraculous Trojan career.

          • Michael Guarino

Beating Ohio State —especially by hitting on the long ball—would make Sam the biggest Trojan hero since Leinart beat the Irish at South bend to keep the 2005 streak alive.

  • Old Trojans never die

When you burn your fingers you are careful where you put them. If they come at you with a blow torch as the NCAA did you don’t even pretend to have fingers.

  • gotroy22

Why would anyone be mad at Reggie Bush?

    • Sas

Petros got butt hurt because Lindsey Thirry interviewed Reggie last week and was giving him a lot of love.

      • gotroy22

Yes let’s give love to the selfish creep who derailed the USC football Dynasty for a decade. Thanks Reggie!

        • Sas

But he sounded like USC didn’t fight for him with NCAA. He wanted to speak on it, but he just kept the peace. He was asked if the NCAA gave him a chance to give his statements and/or come clean and when they rushed to a ruling before every fact was concrete. He made a huge mistake, but at the same time the “power players” and “old wise men” that head up the University of Southern California didn’t want to get out of bed and Fight for him or Todd McNair.

          • JustOwns

Please Sammy, how were the “old wise men” suppose to help the rash, greedy Bush.

Bush, in stark opposition to NCAA rules, signed with an agent (s) in return for future NFL agent representation and Bush’s FB profits.

Why didn’t Bush avail himself of the “old wise men” advice prior to accepting illegal money to support his family in a 50k a month pile in San Diego.

          • Pasadena Trojan

Squatter, it is funny when Johnnyh Cheetin’ Wooden said the same thing about not knowing and you bought that hook line and sinker. Fool.

          • Ted

Sam don’t forget about OJ!! They didn’t fight for Orenthal James Simpson either!

          • Sas

I loved staying up past my bedtime so i could watch “1st and 10” late night on HBO.
Not for OJ. No sir! Bubba and Jethro were the ones who made that a show;)

          • Ted

Sam, did you get that Burrito from the Hot Burrito Box or did the Missus heat up the Swanson’s hungry man dinner for your birthday?

          • gotroy22

He should have fought for USC. Instead he selfishly made a deal with two agents during the 2004 season in clear violation of what he was told by the coaches, then welshed on the deal and then let SC take the fall when his greedy scheme was exposed to the world. He didn’t make a mistake, he made thousands of mistakes over years as the scandal slowly unfolded and he didn’t care about the Trojan Family one bit. Now that he has made his $100 million he actually expects us to forget his treachery?

  • steveg

So many insiders on here it’s no wonder Wolf is insecure.

  • gotroy22

Poor Owns, gray stool, arturo and Kissy86er!

  • fast fred

Only Jack B makes those claims!
