USC lost to Princeton, 103-93, in overtime at the Galen Center tonight. And USC had to scramble to force the overtime. Princeton had a 7-0 run in overtime. The Tigers were 4-6 entering the game with losses to Lehigh and St. Joseph’s.
It’s time to seriously question Andy Enfield again. USC was a top 10 team. The Trojans are 6-4. Spare me the De’Anthony Melton and Tony Bland excuses. USC just lost to Princeton. Thanks, Enfield!

Basketball is so second fiddle to football. Big deal about December games. Nothing matters in hoops until mid-March, and for a lot of us, it doesn’t even matter then.

No way to sugar coat it. The loss is embarrassing. However, don’t discount how much this team is missing Bland and Melton. The chemistry is lacking. And Bland had a special bond with the players. Better find their mojo. Conference schedule looms…

This has really been dissapointing based on the preseason projections and returnees for this team, unless Tony Bland was really the guy who made this team go last year. Hard to think we gave up this many points to a Princeton team

Ever notice that many years Kentucky starts slow. It’s chemistry the players need to define there roles. The coach needs to establish playing time and substitution packages. The only problem at this point is W’ s that USC may need later for bracket position. They’re not Kentucky so winning games that should be w’s is a problem.

You did not report that Princeton shot at least 14 three pointers or that SC’s defense sucked nor #30 fouled out for USC nor #33 from Princeton who is from Laguna Niguel shot the lights out last night.

Hurley at ASU much better coach than Enfield. Andy is a terrible game coach proven once again. Get rid of him at season’s end. The top players will all be leaving besides the seniors. Metu, Boatwright, Melton, Stewart, & McLaughin.

Enfield’s teams have never been known for their defense, but this year’s squad plays ZERO defense. The team’s problems, and there are several, start there.
After Cap’n Pat Haden, that charity stealing pirate that tried to wreck our ship, we need to have all the rest of the roost cleared of his ne’er do wells.
Pat tried to cover for Andy “Ain’t Winnin'” Enfield by bringing on a couple of two bit hustlers and padding the entire out of conference schedule even when the PAC 12 has been the worst hoops league among the majors.
Big names were jockeying for the SC hoops job. Everything was here, the facilities, the recruits, an NBA placement track record, the hype machine and we were on a run with the exception of brief hiccup. But Haden tried to hire a son, like Sark, Kiffin, Enfield. (When that doesn’t work he just replaced some nondescript lackeys in fb and baseball.) Let’s get some competent adults and move forward. SC deserves the best.
