Apparently, unsportsmanlike conduct also applies to the USC basketball team as forward Chimezie Metu demonstrated tonight against Washington State. Metu was ejected from the game.
Remember Metu also tried to trip an Oregon player last season.

He may lose another game on top of the ejection. It was pretty similar to Grayson Allen’s behavior at Duke last year.
This is definitely a pattern of behavior with Metu now. He needs to sit for a few games and think about the rest of his life. He pulls stunts like that in the NBA and he might need to see an Oral Surgeon to reconstruct his mouth.

I watched it on TV. Super intentional. However, and this is no excuse, I watched replays of the dude explaining to his coach that he “wasn’t talking sh!t.” And then when he finally hit a shot much later he stuck his tongue out towards the SC bench. Bottom line: He must have been talking smack in-game or towards the bench or something. No way one of our guys does that just to do it. Sorry. Not buying it.
Edit: Oh yeah. I can’t forget that Flow probably never played sports in his entire life. Because teammates stick up for each other. Good or bad. Just like when Darnold got hit late the other night.

Unfortunately ,there is no real reason known for it,other than maybe something extremely personal was said ,but that does not excuse it either.
