The transition from 1540-AM to 710-AM apparently will have a few bumps along the way. When 710 wanted to announce its new partnership with USC, it asked 1540 if it could use its ISDN lines inside Heritage Hall that allow live broadcasts from the lobby.
But 1540 refused. That's the radio business in a nutshell.
