On To Stanford

| | Comments (1) |

This weekend is a big one for recruiters as many college coaches will attend the Stanford Nike Camp to evaulate the top recruits in the West. While watching recruits is the top priority, there also could be some interesting side drama when you have coaches from rival schools (USC, UCLA) interacting together.
One player the two rivals could be battling over is defensive end James Brooks of Flagstaff, Ariz. Another player that recently drew USC's interest is defensive back/tailback Shane Vereen of Valencia, who already was offered by UCLA.

Pete Carroll doesn't battle Dorrell for recruits. Dorrell offers a scholi. Carroll offers a scholi. The kid is a Trojan. Its not a battle, unless you include the wailing & mashing of teetha at Bruinzone.
