Witness Speaks
For the past week, I’ve alluded to possible witnesses that could aid USC quarterback Mark Sanchez following his arrest for suspicion of sexual assault.
I spoke to one of those witnesses Thursday and confirmed their statements would be viewed as favorable toward Sanchez’s case in legal terms.
``I’ve heard both versions,’’ the witness said. ``Of course I don’t believe Mark did it.’’
Once again, as information comes forward, the case seems to favor Sanchez.

Comments
Scott, When this story first broke there was much talk about the timeline of events and how the timeline would exonerate Sanchez. Recently there has been no news or talk about the timeline. Does the timeline still work in Sanchez's favor?

scott,
if the lapd and the la da's office had been giving sanchez the benefit of his fundamental constitutional rights, all of this should have occurrede before any arrest was made and before anyone had to put up $200,000 in bail, or any other amount.
what do cooley and the lapd have to say about this?
keep up the great work,
