A more accurate framing of the facts is that Bob and Matt were paying $3866 for a secure apartment, and that they were simply renting a room in that apartment to Jarrett for $650. Big deal.

It was $25K (not $250K) for the boxing match...and its going pro in a sport other than his collegiate sport. The NCAA has always allowed for this.
