Leinart Lectured

| | Comments (10) |

Yesterday we mentioned the Saints’ initial impressions of Reggie Bush. I just spoke to a Cardinals player who said the team thinks highly of quarterback Matt Leinart after watching him practice.
Here’s the interesting part: Arizona coach Dennis Green and some of the Cardinals’ veterans lectured Leinart not to bring ``his Hollywood stuff to our (practice) facility’’ and reminded him the goal is to win games.
Leinart apparently took the advice personally and said it would not be an issue.
``He wants to be liked,’’ the source said.

does that mean that paris has to sit in the car/limo......?? the cardinals could use some "hollywood stuff" - they ain't had much else going for them since they move there....and they are in the entertainment business. matt the best thing that's happened to them in awhile... hope it works out for both of the parties involved.

I think that's good thing. He should focus on football first. The rest will fall into place.

Sorry but I just fine that IMPOSSIBLE to believe. With millionaire players that are all at to be dating "celebrities" and models as a look at the wife/girlfriend pcs suggest, WHY would that be a situation. In college maybe, in the NFL, HELL NO. But I am sure it keeps casual football fans reading this great blog so more power to you Scott.

Would you feel the same if it was Pamela Anderson or Julia Roberts?

Who cares? It doesn't say anything about him. He's young, wealthy, and on his own, enjoying his youth.

Until we read about his drug addiction, AIDS, pedophilia, etc., nobody should be saying anything because he's seeing that skank.

BFD!

And now, another TV episode of "As Paris Turns".

Paris: Matt, have you ever been in Paris?
Leinert: Yes I have. It was quick, but I'd like to go there again. Paris, you wanna go to Phoenix?
Paris: Oh my God! I knew River Phoenix. Isn't that wierd?
Leinert: You have to hide in my room. I don't want Coach Green to see us.
Paris: I could add alot to his team. I've scored more than his entire team did last year, using the spread offense. And if I keep you happy, then you'll stay in the pocket longer.
Leinert: I love it when you uh, run the post route naked. Please -- play center. Marry me, you silly wench.
Paris: I'll go put on my Trojan cheerleader outfit.
Leinert: How about putting on the Texas one. It's payback time...

COMMERCIAL... YOU WRITE THE REST...

I think that ripping Leinart for his "Hollywood stuff" is total BS... do they really think this will affect his ability to play in Arizona?? Come on ... let's get serious... Matt and USC football were bigger in one of the top media centers in the world and it didn't affect him at all... the Cadrinals have ever been anything in the past couple of years... Matt was the "King of L.A." and ONLY lost 2 games in three years!!!!

Arizona's players and front office need to stop being anal... and Matt Leinart will do as he has always done... and that's show up and give the team a 100% each and every down and win them some football games!!!

Now you know why the Cards are losers! I thought they were professionals, shouldn't they be trying to win games?

matt will do just fine thank you.
if the front office wants to make sure there isn't a media circus around matt then what are they going to do once the cardinals start winning a ton of games because of him (and deuce)?

Maybe it was Paris who paid for Leinart and Jarrett's apartment. Does that mean wee will be seeing Jarrett and Nicole Richie together soon?
