Salute to Troy, the annual barbecue that kicks off the football season, is scheduled for August 18. This year's event should be more fan friendly from an autograph standpoint following last year's complaints that Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush did not sign autographs.
Is the barbecue open to the public?, if so where can i get tickets.
I think it's for season ticket holders, but don't hold me to it.
As for Bush and Leinart big timin fans and alums at last year's BBQ, pretty lame.
I know they're big time, but man, you guys hadn't even graduated.
Let's hope our learn from that.

There will be no attitude this year after that Rose Bowl loss. Every player on that team should be one humble puppy. Last year Matt was present, but surrounded by his security. Reggie didnt even show. LenDale signed for a while, then decided to big time everyone who didnt catch him early. Inexcusable behavior considering you have to be in a booster club to buy tickets.
I dont care if the players want to sign my stuff...but they are going to sign.
1) No, it's not restricted to season ticket holders. 2) Generally speaking, other than Leinart and Bush, everyone else was very cordial and accessible. Good time to meet some of the incoming. Last year, I was really impressed while watching Keith Rivers stand around a very long time just signing autographs.
C'mon Wolfie....is there a need to keep throwin' jabs at SC athletes?
