Night Caps

With USC playing Arkansas at night, it gives the Trojans seven night games. If one of the four remaining undecided kickoffs is scheduled at night, USC will play a school-record eight night games.
So much for college football being a traditionally afternoon affair.

I love night games, and with ABC introducing prime time Saturday network games, SC will get lots of national exposure. Down side is that somehow that Domer moron Bob Davies got moved up to the network broadcasts. Most former coaches at least try to be impartial. Davies is sickening with his pro-Domer junk. Have to turn down set and get SC radio on. FIGHT ON!

The end of saturday afternoon games because of TV money is a loss to old time fans. College football pagentry has a different shine in a sunny afternoon. Also in fall it can cold after 5 p.m. Game picnics are not the same.

Many old-timer fans just can't go when it becomes dark and cold.

Tradition losses here to TV control. Money has ill-affected in many ways the greatest game we ever had.

that's the good news - I love those nite games especially when it's 105 degrees on the field and there's no beer because adults who go to usc games don't have the character necessary to handle the responsibility of enjoying a cold beer; at least that's the prospective of the university - (what a sad time we live in when a university thinks (and i use that word reservedly) it needs to micro manage the public's life!!). to penalize 99.99999999999% of the beer drinking fans for what a few do seems unreasonable. the last time i was in the colisium, there seemed to be ample, well paid police there to do what ever was necessary to handle unruley fans. the bad news of course is it's a little chilly and the usc hotties don't turn out like they do for the day games.... LET THE GAME BEGIN......!!!

And that's the reason ND fans laugh about USC refusing to come out to South Bend in November to play a game.
