School Ties
Ran into former USC players Pat Harlow, Don Gibson, Matt Willig, Curtis Hein, Todd Marinovich and several others at a restaurant on Saturday. It’s a good example that teammates don’t always drift apart after college. The group gets together at least once a year even though some players, like Harlow, live out of state.
Scott, how is Todd doing? I know he has had some hard times.

Isn't Willig the guy who missd Tony Rice on the end around that went for 60 yards down the sideline and put ND up for good in 88? Bastard.
No, it wasn't Willig ... (who was only a redshirt freshman in '88)
Jr. Seau crashed down on the fullback, Rice rolled out - and the TE cracked down on Craig Hartsuyker ...
and Tracy Butts couldn't catch him ...
If only Seau was told by the coaches to hit Rice every time he crashed down ... who knows ...
