I was thinking about that Poly kids SC gets and I think most of them have serious criminal records. I think of Winston Justice and the hooker/weapon charges. Denis and the rape charges, Wright and the rape charges/ecstacy pils (136 of them)....come to think of it, I don't know if all these guys were from Poly....ahh what the heck- OJ Simpson-double murder...Todd Marinovich-Meth& syringes....Darrell Russell- Drugged his girlfriend and let his buddies rape her (charged w/25 felonies including rape and penetration with a foreign object), suspended from NFL for a year for substance abuse and he got 3 months added for bad behavior off the field, then he got arrested for DUI while speeding away from a Nevada brothel. Rey the Mauler-pummeled some poor kid at a party who was about half his size. Mark Mcgwire-Liar/cheater Juice on!!, My hands are tired of typing, I will continue later. Rape On!!

Funny how bruins forget the names of fine people like Darryl Henley (large quantity drug dealer, put out a hit on a judge), Ricky Manning (multiple assault offenses including beating a guy in a Denny's for using a computer) and Justin Medlock (drunk driving and left an injured passenger and fellow athlete behind), JaRon Rush (a remarkable .31 BAC DUI), Cory Paus (DUI) not to mention Cade and half the team's abuse of handicapped parking... need I go on?

With that said, USC_89, you are the most annoying poster on this site. Please, go away. Nobody likes you. And you are an idiot.

Talking about about spurious bull. "Was charged"; "was accused"; "my buddy said"; "attended USC before being kicked out"; "mother worked at USC"; "forty years after leaving USC"...

Look, USC is an obvious target because what we see as using our football for marketing and promoting a desired image is seen by others as a "holier than thou attitude". I think it is important to remember that, a) marketing and image should be priorities for athletics at all colleges, b) USC has never promoted an unrealistic image or constructed its reputation of integrity by denigrating comparisons to others programs. We all know which schools have been guilty of that sort of thing.

Right now the star qb at Harvard is under some horrible charges, there has been some ugly doings at Cornell hockey (another school where I'm an alum). But you know what, there has been bad behavior at every school among non-athletes and athletes alike. I am just proud that USC has tried to bring in kids with good character and been so very agressive and fair in dealing with these young people when problems occur.

And MBK, your posts just smack of jealousy.
