Bradford at Running Back

Freshman Allen Bradford is taking turns at tailback this afternoon for the first time. Bradford, who averaged almost 10 yards per carry at Colton last season, is playing safety but the coaches were eager to see him at tailback.

Michael Coleman, please report to register 2.

Keep him at safety. They have plenty of running backs. If you recall what happened to the secondary last year -- things can get pretty thin pretty fast back there. Oh, and while you're at it, put C.J. Gable back there too (you can't be too safe now that the Tings are gone!).

How does Coach Carroll decide which two-way dudes get to play the hallowed position of TB, and which ones only Safety?
