Good News For Reed
Tailback Desmond Reed received a positive report from doctors who examined his knee and he will be worked into practices this week with the hope he can be fully cleared in about two weeks.
``He’s going to start practicing more and see how far we can take it,'' USC coach Pete Carroll said. ``They are amazed with what he can do. Now we’ll find out if he can handle the workload.’’
WOW that is great news ....Desmond is the X factor in not only our rushing game but our kickoff and return game as well..........dont think that opposing coaches dont see that either .....Weiss breathed a sigh of relief when Dez went down so his Domers wouldnt have to face him and Reggie in the same game...Dez not only wears #22 (in honor of Emmitt)he runs like him!!!

My fondest wish is for Desmond to get well and have a killer game against Notre Dame. Break out the "Mow 'em down, Desmond!" t-shirts. The Domers largely got a pass for letting the turf grow, which directly contributed to Desmond's injury. The Domers need to get a reminder come November. Fight on!
