Get Your Tickets

| | Comments (10) |

One of our spies received this email from the USC ticket office Wednesday.
``A limited number of tickets to see the Trojans home game versus Washington have just been released. Be sure to get your tickets today.’’
This means two things: Tickets are available, even if you are not a student, for an upcoming home game. And USC has not sold out all six home games yet, despite making the claim every week in press releases.

What is your problem with covering USC football? You write as though on a mission to disrupt. If you have an axe to grind, then out with it. Otherwise seek employment that could be mutually pleasing.

I'm sorry Scott for my previous remark. It just gets me so angry when I hear the slighest dig at my school USC. Heck I didn't even go to USC. I went to a public school instead. Well I only went to high school which was public. I didn't even go to collge. Fight on.

Hopefully, someone can get better individual game tickets than my season ticket.

you make usc sound like self-aggrandizing liars. there could be any number of reasons usc had a sell-out as of a week ago, maybe something fell through. you're either an idiot for not knowing this or a jerk for spinning it, which one is it?

Wolf, are you trying to say that SC can't call their game a sellout until the opposing team has returned their allotment and SC sold those tickets as well? Seems fair to me to call it a sellout once SC sells all of the tickets available to them. But then again, that's just a rational point of view...

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
