Fullback Stanley Havili broke his fibula and will be out 4-5 weeks. Dwayne Jarrett sprained his shoulder. He will be examined in Los Angeles before USC determines how long he is out.

I think its time Allen Bradford sucked it up and plays fullback. With Emmanuel Moody rushing for over 100 and Chauncey pushing the pile on 3rd downs its looking grim for Allen to get playing time at RB. Sam "Bam" Cunningham did it and so did Marcus Allen. Look where they are in Trojan history.

I am not a football genius like Coach Carroll, and I trust 100% he knows what he's doing.
But I'm surprised that he turns to linebackers to fill the fullback position as opposed to running backs.
If Allen Bradford won't play fullback, he should think about turning to STAFON JOHNSON. THe kid wants to see the field, and from what I understand is a sizeable and physical player. He also played defense in high school, so blocking and hitting players should come naturally.

has anyone noticed how poor brittingham plays? he misses blocks and when he does engage he gets no push. but with havili out, where is adewale? is he that bad? I thought he was #2 on the depth chart after the spring, now hes #5? The Co-OCs need to open up the offense... assuming DJ comes back with no shoulder problems.
How can this happen? Could it be deliberate by the opposing side? What a disaster. Hard for the guys. Allen Bradford: Take one for the team here, and distinguish yourself at the same time.

Give Adewale a shot ..heck he was recruited and signed for a reason........I saw him play at Roosevelt HS. He was a freak .averaged close to 300 yards a game..........what could be wrong with that????
