Get well soon Oscar, bring your "A" game on Saturday or USC needs to show us their LB depth! And remember that a sore hamstring may not be able to chase down a 6'4 TE named Matt Herian or stop three RB's that each averaging 60 yards per game a piece!

3 Rbs! Averaging 60 yds! you'd beat the 85 Bears!

TrojanHorse said:

If Oscar plays it will be at full speed so it won't be a problem chasing down some TE with a bum leg

60 yards a game against UL-Lafayette and whocares U? Nicholls st. or who the hell did they play? Nebraska school for the blind? That is supposed to impress me? get a life dude.

eddie_bane said:

Those are great stats. Were any of those yards gained against legit D1 teams or were they against Division 2 stiffs?

reddawgg said:

Another fact is that they did that against a WAC and a Division 1AA team.

Fact is, I'm not impressed.

Sal said:

WOW. All that against powerhouses Louisiana Tech and Nicholls State. Those teams have a defense?

Hersh said:

Me and my three brothers can average at least that amount against two cupcakes.

DAVID said:

Dudes from Nebraska; you're nice guys & good sports, but this ain't the defense of Nichols State or Corndog Univ. you'll be meeting Saturday. According to Pete the Godfather Carroll it's the best D he's had yet. All huge, and extremely fast and outrageously athletic players 3 deep. best receivers in the nation. one of the best QB's in JDB. the best freshman class no doubt. so chill the keg, pop the corn and slice the pizza, it's gonna be one helluva game. Reign On May The Dynasty Continue!

Does anyone think USC should fear three running backs each averaging 60 yds a game? Keep in mind those yards were against Louisiana Tech and division 1-AA Nicholls St.
In the last 4 years, USC defenses have a nasty trend of holding RBs to under a 100 yds. Something to think about.

Nickel and Dime state, maybe a quarter on a good day.. SC will be like playing Million Dollar state compared to them

then the corn's first game was against ITT Tech or was it DeVry, I forget

Didn't Arkansas only beat Utah St 20-0 last week? Hmmm tough game. You had 30 points off Razorback turnovers two weeks ago. And you only had scoring drives over 70 total yards against the feared Houston Nutt Hogs! Leave it on the field but I can promise you this... everyone bleeds RED! GO BIG RED! 30k Huskers in your stadium?

SkersInPhoenix said:

Just one question for all these SO CAL fans... Where were you in all 1994-1997? Nice win for Arkansas last week. 20-0 over Utah St. Tough first game for the Trojans. The mighty trojgans only had two drives of 70 plus yards for scores against the mighty Houston Nutt Hogs! That and 31 pts off turovers. What a potent offense!

I love USC. I started watching them after they started winning! What a great team. I love a team that wins. I hated coming to games back when we lost, I usually sold my tickets or went to the beach instead

It is good to see some USC fans actually making some noise. As a diehard 'Skers fan we've been doing this for years. We were the role model back in the 90's. You're welcome USC (band) wagoners!

Corn Dogs: those big ear-of-corn hats might be funny in Lincoln, but this is L.A. Please try to remember that when you get here you're in civilization. We notice little things like ugly hats, pieces of straw in the teeth, and bib overalls. Knock yourselves out, though. Go see the ocean, drink some corn licker, take your beating like men, and then go home.

Let it be said that are weomen are real. Silicone free. Our governor is not an actor and our love for our Huskers is fair superior then your love for whichever team is winning in California, that would be the Dodgers in baseball and oh wait now it's the Clippers since they got farther than the Lakers did? As soon as California slides into the ocean the United States will be a far better place. And i'll have ocean front property in Arizona. I guess George Strait was right after all.
