Taking The Rap

Father-son rappers Master P and Lil' Romeo were guests on the sideline of the USC-Nebraska game. Master P is actually a fan of the Trojans basketball program. He is from New Orleans, which has become a new area of emphasis in recruiting since Tim Floyd got hired.

I guess that's an upgrade from welcoming Snoop Dogg with open arms. Since P and Romeo weren't involved in the murder of Phillip Woldemariam.

Hey, here's a question ... where's Idiot Ron these days? Still in a cowering in a corner?

Make you say uhhhhn! Seriously, that's huge. There is a lot of talent, fb and basketball wise and folks in Southern Louisiana. N.O. needs an outlet to more good schools, athletes or not. Some may not know this but there are very strong ties between L.A. and N.O.'s African American communities, especially among Creoles. L.A. has long been the first place that N.O. African Americans went to in search of economic opportunity and lots of people have relatives in both places. Louisiana culture has a big imprint on L.A.'s (African American) community.
