Rey is an infant, in a mans body.

too bad. i thought the coaches wised up and played lua on purpose. for every play Maualuga makes, he gives up two. He's way too undisciplined and is poor filling holes when there are blockers coming at him (exactly what the 3-4 does)

Maualuga is a great athlete who doesn't yet know how to play. He's too intent on proving what a bad ass he is instead of doing his part. The punt return showed that when he decided to play rough with the up back instead of going after the return guy. Hopefully he learns to be disciplined instead of picking on skinny white frat boys.

1. This negative part kills the positive of your comment.
2. TRUE OR NOT please leave the racial tone out of it and keep it to yourself b/c quite fraknly nobody cares way much less impressed by it, thank you.
3. Having stated #2 you have lost my respect and more than likely the respect of a lot of bloggers here as well. I am Puertorican and I have been called spec, 4 letter Puertorican, etc., enough said.
4. My advice post an apology ASAP, you owe it to yourself and to the bloggers here.

Rey isnt even the 2nd best Linebacker on this team. Hes not worthy to be considered for the Linebacker of the Year Trophy in College.

Rey M has alot of talent but also alot to learn about playing football. I was hoping Lua would play the whole game too.

Do you call "picking on skinny white frat boys" a yeah good post as you stated? It is obvious that the PH55 post is definitely racially tone laced and ALL you can say is a yeah good post. The USC team has a great balanced ethnic group and probably more balanced than any team in the nation. The points are:
1. Racially tone posts are NOT needed NOR welcome in this site.
2. The purpose of this site is to have fun expressing our football knowledge and to voice our opinions on the USC team.
I ask other bloggers to join me on this point. We don't need this garbage. Your pinions will put an end to it.

Well the only response in regard to me after yours was positive. And I don't see any negative feedback. I just stated what everyone knows to be true. Personally, I hope Rey grows up and has a great career but I'm just stating what has happened so far. If you took offense I'm sorry, but I don't see what was wrong.

Ohhh,..to good to pass up!,.. yep, Rey can be good! kinda like a #55 we have now that came in with ALL the physical aspects of a GREAT linebacker and given the #55. He is ONLY NOW coming into his own. Rey Rey has to grow up!..if not for his own future,..but for the good of the TEAM!...
I still say, try him out on the outside D-line. He can't be any worse than the two height and weight impared d-ends at the other school across town who are just kicking butt. We can use some of his aggresiveness on the d-line, too much poetry now... Brian is doing some good things on the outside, but is not the physical specimen and athelete that Rey Rey is.
LOVED the move to use Oscar for the first half,..thought he earned to play the rest of the game by his play in the 1st half. Then heard it was a decipline thing on Rey Rey, I actually thought it was a pure coaching decision...WRONG! .,,
New defensive coordinator, new coaching style,.. least amount of turn-overs average per game less sacks per game; game 7 and no improvement, corner blitz, outside LB blitz, all out blitz and still game 7 and an improvement of only a few sacks...hummmm I wonder if that's a coincidence? ..

PH55 with ALL due respect PC is dealing with RM, you need to deal with yourself. FOX fired Steve Lyons for a similar(ethnic) comment. The incident was well documented and the media had a feeding frenzy with it. Yes, I'm offended by it. You come back so casual about it and having the audacity to state that you use the term "white" clearly racially insensitive and you don't think there is NOT anything wrong about it. Furthermore the ONLY person to give you a pass for that comment was Patrick. If you make a comment like that in the work place you are history, NOT gone, history period. There is ZERO tolerance for those comments. This is the 21st. century NOT the sixties. For the record your shallow apology is NOT good enough.
