Carroll On Oregon State
After watching game films, USC coach Pete Carroll is impressed with Oregon State tailback Yvenson Bernard, who is second in the Pac-10 in rushing (106.6 ypg).
``He's a little guy but he's a special player,'' Carroll said.
However Bernard is nursing an ankle injury that forced him to leave the Arizona game last weekend.

after sc's D gets through with bernard, he'll need two new wheels not just one...!!
Bernard is a pretty good back based on prior history, SC needs to make OSU one dimensional and then T off on them from there
Isn't a trip how an inferior program like Oregon St. can produce a few NFL players of high quality. I'm talking about Carson Palmer's top two targets, Chad Johnson & T.J. Houshmanzadeh, as well as underrated Packer LB Nick Barnett. We don't have two Trojan receivers in the League that compare to those Bengal wideouts. Just a fact. Beat the Beavers & their Fog!
LoJack, Sed and Barrett have been awesome against the run..and he's hurt and he's all OSU has..haha
Gonna get ugly for them Beavers....
Anytime PC talks up a player it's because he's about to destroy them physically and mentally. It's called reverse psychology - PC thinks I'm good so I must be. BAM! Bernard meet Rey Rey.
Trippy name, 'Yvenson' - is it Swedish? I couldn't name another Swedish RB....
HA - I crack myself up. This dude is definitely NOT swedish, based on the pics I just found...
To Trojan National:
The appropriate question for this blog though, in relation to your post is; Who's fault is it? Pete Carroll's or Norm Chow's?" Oh yeah, and remember Lane Kiffin was the wide receiver coach before he was coordinator so lets blame him for Mike Williams', Keary Colbert's, and Kareem Kelly's lack of contribution in The League. After all, Lane is the reason this once great program is doomed to mediocrity with the Oregon St. and Missouri's of the world. J/K
