McFoy Out

| | Comments (8) |

An MRI revealed two cracks in wide receiver Chris McFoy's shoulder and he will be out 4-6 weeks. Dwayne Jarrett feels "1,000 times better" according to Pete Carroll and needs doctors clearance to play.
Sedrick Ellis might start if his knee holds up in practice.
UPDATED: Offensive guard Chilo Rachal's ankle injury doesn't appear serious but Alatini Malu will start if there is a problem.

That is too bad after first TD and a clutch first down catch. Along with Smith this was an underused player. He was easliy better than Turner. In 2004 he was the receiver until Jarrett developed. He made key catch against Standford on third down to keep winning drive going.

Tough luck Chris.

Hope you experience a speedy recovery.

I'd love for Vidal Hazelton to get his shot this week, if that's the case. The potential four-headed hydra of Jarett, Smith, Turner, and Hazelton could be scary if developed properly.

I was so thrilled for Chris when he got his first TD. It's bittersweet that he got injured during the game.

Hope he recovers quickly so that he can play against ND and UCLA!

Fight on, Chris!!!

Tuff break for Chris. He has really played well so far this season.

We are really being hammered with the injury Bug hitting some of our best players.

IS it just me or is P.Turner vastly over-rated..Can't understand how he was rated so highly?? its mostly drops and fumbles from this guy..whats the use of blazing speed if you can't hold onto the rock?? Can't wait to see hazelton and ausberry get their shot..

Get well soon Chris, wouldn't want you to miss beating ND and UCLA again.
Hey Jumpshooter24 I'm with you on P. Turner being over-rated. Last week was a huge opportunity for him to show up and blow the party wide open but he quickly became an afterthought. Can't wait to see Hazelton and Ausberry as well.
