Defensive end Chris Barrett was singled out in the locker room at Washington State for playing despite requiring intravenous fluids at halftime. But Barrett did not get an IV.
``I don’t like needles,’’ he said.
It turned out Lawrence Jackson received the IV.

With the number of plays these guys were in, the lack of depth at the DL positions, its amazing that no one else needed an IV

So...there is confusion in the locker room as to who is receiving IVs?? I don't like the sound of that - someone should be keeping track of the needles - they can be dangerous, ya know....
