On Turner
Did you know that since 1926 only four USC players have had more receptions in a game than Patrick Turner did Saturday?

He stepped up big time, Man when we get all three on the field, I hope our QB sees more than just one of them
Turner is now a certifed Star. He's had his breakout. His confidence is soaring. Half this game is mental and he's now at that mindset where he knows he's unstoppable.
DJ & Smith will be back for the 3-Headed Attack.
If Booty can master the 3-step drop and throw over the defenders' hands then he'll have his breakout game as well...
Patrick did drop a TD that turned into an INT. Just to be technically correct.
I thought Patrick Turner stepped it up big time on making the catches, but I would really like to see more yards after the catches from him. It seems that he is either off balance, or falling after a lot of his catches and it takes very little to bring him down. Good Job Saturday though over all.
Wasn't that a beautiful, catchable TD pass from Leinart to Boldin? Makes you long for a real QB. With three years as Leinart's understudy, why hasn't Booty learned to put touch on his passes and make them catchable? I think he's wired differently and will never have it. Sorry, he won't be going to the next level.
