Rachal To Play
Offensive guard Chilo Rachal participated in some of Thursday's practice and said he thinks he can start. Pete Carroll said its too early to tell if Rachal could start but it looks like he could play.
Offensive line coach Pat Ruel said he is leaning toward starting Alatini Malu because he got the bulk of practice time and Rachal is not 100 percent.
C.J. Gable will return kickoffs and Troy Van Blarcom will handle kicking duties.

Tiny looks like the Duece. Hoefully he can run block like the Duece which clearly isn't there without the Duece and Fred.
