Sanchez OK
Quarterback Mark Sanchez practiced without back pain Wednesday and said he feels fine and will be available for the Oregon State game.
Defensive tackle Chris Barrett twisted his knee but Pete Carroll said he thought Barrett would be OK.
"It's just a little scare, we hope," Carroll said.

What they need to do is:
S. Havili is coming back next week. Put him at FB, move A. Bradford to Safety. To say we are thin at safety is the understatement of the year. With Will Harris and Pinkard hurt, and Green continually bouncing back and forth between Safety and QB, there isn't much behind the starters except A. Perez and J. Williams.
CJ Gable said when he came in he would rather play defense. Put him at safety and kick returner. Have Washington and Moody be the starting RB's, with Reed and Johnson backing him up.
Safety depth problem is solved, everyone gets to play, everyone is happy
Everyone is pretty healthy and they were really flying around in practice this week, I see a big beaver butt kicking coming on saturday....
Another Chris Carlisle success story.
