There were some reports today that Long Beach Poly sprinter/wide receiver Bryshon Nellum will not be able to play football until his junior year at USC. Nellum will be able to play both sports immediately and there no NCAA rules restricting him from doing both.

Pretty sure that is only if he gets a football scholarship. The NCAA has strict rules concering this in order to keep teams from getting around the 85 scholarship limit.
