Long Kick
David Buehler's 49-yard field goal was the longest by a USC kicker since Adam Abrams' 49-yarder at Oregon on October 24, 1998. The last USC field goal longer than 50 yards was Quin Rodriguez' 54-yarder against Michigan State in the 1990 Sun Bowl.

That kick was a game-winner in many ways. Nice job Bueller.
It had to frustrate Tedford. With all the game breakers on both sides of the field, a full back/safety kicks a pivotal long FG to charge up USC. And it was his first D1 Field Goal!
ABSOLUTELY. The kick changed the atmosphere of the whole game, and the momentum of the game switched. And, by the way, did anyone notice the fog LIFTED within a few minutes after the kick?
