New Knee Brace

Tailback Chauncey Washington will be fitted with a new knee brace today because he cannot fully raise his knee when he runs with the current model. Washington said he will play against Cal even if he is not 100 percent. The swelling in his sprained knee went down significantly this week and USC coach Pete Carroll said he expects Washington to be fully available against Cal.

No healthy running backs could lead to a long and frustrating Saturday. C.J. and Stafon, be ready to carry the load. Gotta start punching through those holes.

So How bad is Chaunceys knee anyway? He is prolly one of our key players to beating Cal and winning out verses Notre Dame and UCLA. It would be a shame to lose him now since it seem like he is finally hitting his stride!
