Our spies at Servite High School tell us UCLA visited earlier this week even though the Friars' big-name recruits are committed to USC, including linebacker Chris Galippo.

Ucla is like Avis. They try harder, still knowing Hertz (The Trojans) are still number one.

Hey Scott,
Why would Galipo want to play for SC's inferior defense? He had to see the game on the 2nd....right? The Bruins proved they have the better defense. Also, get prepared....we are retaining Walker so you can expect more of the same next year in the coliseum. It will be the same defense but our offense will be much improved. Karl Dorrell knows when it's time to fire coaches, look what happened after we fired Axman, we more than doubled our offensive output. Just wait condumbs.....next year you will maybe get a touchdown & we will light up that over-rated D for more than 8 Touchdowns. 13-9 Choke On...GO BIG BLUE!!!

Just wondering, if Everson Griffen has told the SC coaches he's committing, and it leaks out before his Dec. 20 announcement, is he going to pull a DeShawn Jackson and go to Notre Dame or Michigan instead?

So will UCLA be at the Emerald Bowl or Las Vegas Bowl next year? Even a Holiday Bowl would be respectable!

Like when the shock wears off USC won't make any adjustments and UCLA will play like the the Steel Curtain D forever...Idiots!

just wait Miguelito, maybe your gutty little team will make it to the Las Vegas Bowl next year with that epic offense....

Miguelito, thought you were a Steers 'n Queers fan? Or has Texas falling to the whatever-it-is-bowl caused you to switch teams?

miguelito , get a life ...ucla will have the same pathetic little offense it has now and their D will be exposed , AND SC's Offense will be alot better. hey, who knows, maybe the b-ruins may even score a touchdown by someone other than a walk on QB !! As for Gallipo, a good friend of the family plays with him at Servite and assures us that Chris bleeds Cardinal and Gold, He has been an SC fan since he was a child, its his dream come true. Plus, he is a competitor. He would rather play for NC than Emerald Bowl trophies .....
