LoJack Decision ``Soon''
USC defensive end Lawrence Jackson, a preseason All-American, said he will make a decision ``soon'' on whether to turn pro or return for his senior season.
``I don't want that to be an issue during bowl preparation I just want to focus on football and enjoying this time with my teammates,'' Jackson said.

I'd be highly suprised if he went. The season just didn't turn out as expected and it will hurt in the draft. Hang around another year and see the $$ increase exponentially with a good senior year.

Lo-Jack should stick around another year. His contribution was solid, but from a numbers/national attention standpoint, he could have done much better. Another year and I'd agree with Geoff - he'll go higher and make much more $$$.
Besides, next year is another NC in the making!

I don't think the getting's so good, but if he has another year like this one, the best he can expect may be free agency and a ride on someone's taxi squad. But whatever he decides, I wish him the very best.

He's a fourth-year junior. He should feel free to go. I'm not saying couldn't get better with another year, but he seemed to regress this season. Injuries, high expectations, anxiety? Those will still be there should he come back.

Production on the field isn't always so commesurate with where you will get drafted.
He could have a disappointing year, do well at the combine and in individual workouts and still get drafted high (see: Rucker, Frostee)
Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing LoJack at one end, Cushing moved back to OLB and Everson Griffin as the other end...if he signs.
