Mock Game

USC will stage a quick mock game tomorrow to practice certain situations for the Rose Bowl. It's something USC coach Pete Carroll often does before the season-opener and previous bowl games, to get down substitutions and other sideline situations

Does that include practicing which plays to run on a 4th and 19 when you are losing by 21 points? 'Cause that's whats going to be happening in the Rose Bowl...Knowing Lame that play call would probably be another end around...

Man I would love to be a fly on the wall for that "practice"

Pete Carroll: "OK Michigan has great DE's John David might get sacked a few times. Let's practice a 3rd and 16 situation. Lane, what's the play call?

Lane Kiffin: "Uh...off tackle run with Washington?"

PC: "Lane Chauncey is hurt and that won't get us a first down"

LK: "OK....ummm....end around"

PC: "Lane we need a play to get around 20 yards"

LK: "uh...5 yard pass in the flat to Patrick Turner?"

PC: "Lane........."

At this "mock" game, did PC practice that stunned and confused, staring blankly into space look he always has when they lose a game? I hope so cause Michigan will be up by about 20 points at half time...

I heard Lane Kiffin was going to play the role of Lloyd Carr.

Yeah practice running Mark Sanchez onto the field, might as well play him when they are losing by 30 points...

F Dave or is it Dave F? or FU Dave?...anyway, this is 'back to tradition'...The winner of the Rose Bowl will become the pre season #1. the Wolverines only played one quality opponnent this season, and handed them nearly half a hundred points. Michigan by 20 at halftime is one astonishingly rediculous statement. Get a clue! USC will destroy Michigan...as usual!

Here's something to think about..USC lost by only a few points to OSU. In the third quarter, they went for it on 4th down at the OSU 6 yard line instead of kicking a field goal which would of won the game...

Yep, I would say this coaching staff needs ALOT of practice...

Here's something else to practice: A good speech for why USC went 7-5 in 2007....

Following last year, Michigan quarterbacks coach Scot Loeffler contacted USC and asked for copies of the game films to incorporate some of the Trojans' offense into Michigan's scheme.
"He broke down every game film," USC offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin said. "Our passing games are extremely similar."

Kiffin said the common plays could help both sides as they prepare for the Rose Bowl.

"The offenses are extremely similar," he said

If they copied Lame Kiffin's offense they are in a sh*t pot of trouble...this game will be like dumb vs. dumber then...

Looks like it's the Bunched Panty Squad over here.

USC, 7-5 in 2007 IHATEBEAVERS? First, I'm sure your hatred of beavers explains a lot in your social circles. Second, we have almost all of our starting unit returning on both sides of the ball, and we're gaining serious depth at every position.

7-5? Right...

Trojanhoya..the thing that scares me the most is your interest in my sexual preference and social circles..you thinking of asking me for a date?

Yep we gained some depth, but we still lost to 2 unranked teams, and barely squeaked by some others..with the #1 recruiting class in the USA ...something is seriously wrong...
