One of our spies attended a couple Michigan practices and reports that while the tempo is slower than USC practices, the Wolverines' timing appeared crisp.

Hmm...I am not sure what to make out of that sentence but it seems like exactly what I have seen too. Michigan is a fired up team, with alot of talent and a good OC and DC on a mission to kick someone's butt this year. USC is at a comedy club and is going to expect Michigan to lay down for them, although if they don't they probably don't care anyway...

Geez USC1966, Mich played one quality opponnent, and lost to them. In fact gave up nearly half a hundred points..SC will trash the Wolverines once again. Regardless of Kiffin's weakness.

It appears Michigan definitely wants it more than our Trojans. they have yet to win a Rose Bowl game. Hope I'm dead wrong.
Hey Gillyking, I gotta love your unbridled enthusiasm and support for the Trojans, but “crush Michigan�? Have you watched them play this year? I wouldn’t get too carried away because we are not playing BYU, Hawaii or Florida State, which have all taken Pac 10 teams behind the woodshed.
And while USC is head and shoulders above the rest of the Pac 10, and the Big Ten is normally big and slow, this is an excellent Michigan team that we are playing, which has played more than one solid team. Pursuant to the end of the regular season rankings, USC has gone 3-2 against the 5 BCS ranked teams that they have played - wins over Notre Dame (11), Arkansas (12), CAL (18), and losses to Oregon State (22) and UCLA (25). Michigan is 2-1 with wins over Wisconsin (7) and Notre Dame (11) and a 3 point loss at No. 1 Ohio State.
While I hate to agree with Larry R, I am getting a little nervous. But the last time I was nervous for a Bowl Game we crushed Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. And the last time I checked our coach is still Pete Carroll, and Michigan’s coach is still Lloyd Carr.
JJh4USC. Just curious! Why do you hate to agree with me? I think we are for the same team and are both avid fans of the Trojans. We just have a few different points of view on various incidences. Fight On! Beat the Wolverines...if we can.
