USC hired Ali Khosroshahin of Cal State Fullerton as its women's soccer coach today. Personally, I would have gone with Iain Dowie, especially after he turned down Hull City.

This is a Boxing Day hoax, right ???
The deal breaker I heard was that Iain demanded a new women's soccer stadium, including luxury boxes.
At least we won't have to hear the name Iain Dowie on this blog anymore!
Brent, soccer's a non-rev sport that, along with lots of other sports at SC, wouldn't exist without the Football team.
But, I agree, who really cares about soccer?
Can't you just picture Scott Wolf posting this just to see what kind of smart-aleck responses he'd get?
