Here's some quotes on what Pete Carroll thinks of Lane Kiffin's new job:

"This is a great opportunity for a great coach. He couldn't be more
excited about the challenge. We're happy for him and proud of
him. He'll work with Al Davis to put the Raiders program back on the
winning side.

"His expertise and the success he's had with our offense will play to
the strengths of the Raiders personnel. It will be exciting to see it unfold.

"His ability to get the most out of his players has been
obvious. I'm sure he's excited about getting started up there."
