Recruiting:
According to Rivals.com USC recruting class is rated #3 and four ponits behind FL for second place. UT is #1 about 500 pts. ahead so far. USC defense is already serious enough and then you add some of those from the freshman class like Chris Galippo the best HS LB in the nation and Everson Griffen the best DE as well. The result of that defense is going to be mean and plain scary!

Very nice El Capitan. A sports take that is on point, and that I am in total agreement with. The only reason that UT and UF are ahead of USC is based on quantity, and not the quality of the recuits. According to Scout (which is not quite as good as Rivals), USC has twice as many 5 Star recruits (8) as UF or UT (4 a piece).

Scout.com has a different criteria to rate five stars VS four. If you take time to analyze both they have the same star rating formula with USC the only school with a 4+ rating(4.23). Keep in mind there is about another month and a half before LOI are signed. BTW does anyone think that Jimmy Clausen will decommitt from ND? They have lost NINE bowls in a row-OUCH! Are you ready for 24 return? JB rules CTU!
