Not On The List, Part II
We also hear that USC assistant coach Steve Sarkisian was not on that initial list of candidates to replace Pete Carroll. This is consistent with the idea that assistant coaches are not considered ready for the USC job.

This is the first I'm hearing of an initial list...where is this info coming from? Also why is this a part II post. Where is part I?

All I heard was Mike G has some "list" of potential candidates in case Carroll leaves...guess it does not include Sarkisian or Kiffin or Nick Holt.
Hey that's a great confidence booster for them huh? LOL
That Garratt is an idiot..

Wolf's writing often makes for sort of a scavenger hunt ...
I believe Part I came Jan. 12, the "Not On The List" item about Norm Chow, well, not being on the list of potential Carroll successors.
Who was on the list? Check back in a couple months for Part III.

I wonder if Steve Mariucci was on that phantom list.WHY?:
1. HC experience at Cal, 49ers and Detroit.
2. Youthful like PC.
3. Good QB's and offensive coach.
4. Great graceful personality handling the media.

Just because you don't approve a supposed phantom list therefore you have a legitimate reason to call a great AD like Mike Garrett an idiot. Look yourself in the mirror first and then make a statement that you can back-up with credibility.
