Raider Update

A source within the Raiders organization said owner Al Davis is serious about USC offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian. Sometimes Davis flies candidates in and doesn't really intend to hire them or is really considering them for an assistant coaching position.
``He's really considering him and might want to get him before he's too big to take the Raiders job,'' the source said.
